7-Night Retreat Stay Includes:

• 2 to 3 daily movement classes (yoga, body conditioning, and dance)

• 3 buffet-style meals per day (most dietary requests can be accommodated)

• Infinity pool, spa treatments, luxurious resort amenities

• 5-minute shuttle or 10-minute walk to the beach
