PEOPLE REACH OUT

FOR ALL KINDS OF REASONS.

When we're overwhelmed, uncertain, or under pressure, it can be difficult to access our clearest thinking.

You may be navigating a difficult conversation, a relationship that has become strained, or a decision that carries real weight. Chances are, you've already spent a great deal of time thinking about it. You may have had the conversation a dozen times in your head, sought advice from people you trust, or tried different approaches along the way.

Our first conversation is simply a chance to slow down. We will  explore what is happening, what matters most to you, and what kind of support is likely to be most helpful. From there, we can decide whether mediation, conflict coaching, or another approach is the best fit.

Together, we'll create the conditions for clearer thinking, more productive conversations, and thoughtful decisions so you can move through complexity with greater clarity and care.

My work is grounded in more than twenty years of supporting individuals, families, organizations, and communities through change, conflict, and important decisions. In addition to my private practice, I volunteer as a mediator through UpSide413 and the New York Center for Interpersonal Development (NYCID), where I continue to deepen my practice through active mediation, advanced training, and ongoing supervision.
