This fitness program burns calories by combining dance moves from around the world to catchy music. No dance experience necessary, just the desire to sweat while you party the hour away.

Revitalize or develop your love of movement in this dance class for adults!

Unleash your inner dancer! This class is for anyone who loves to move and is designed to make dance accessible and satisfying for all levels. The choreography is revealed in easy-to-follow layers, so you choose your level of challenge. 

Set to a large variety of music from many dicades and genres, we'll actively work on improving your rhythm, balance, coordination, stamina, flexibility and strength. Plus, you'll experiment with movement dynamics and boost brain power-- all while having an absolute blast together on the dance floor.

Move to the rhythm, build cardio endurance, and explore expressive, full-body movement.

The choreography blends different styles and qualities of movement—including flow, grace, levels, and varying speeds—that you won’t find in typical dance cardio classes. This class challenges your cardio endurance while building grounded strength. 

More than just a workout, Dance It Out is an opportunity to feel the joy of music, expression, and dance with others.
