This class draws from various forms of dance to feed your soul, strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and build cardio health. Set to great music from many genres, you can dance yourself to feeling strong, aligned, and relaxed.

The choreography blends different styles and qualities of movement—including flow, grace, levels, and varying speeds—that you won’t find in typical dance cardio classes. This class challenges your cardio endurance while building grounded strength. 

More than just a workout, Dance It Out is an opportunity to feel the joy of music, expression, and dance with others.
