The fitness trifecta of Pilates, yoga, and a little bit of Ballet floor barre.

Within 45 minutes this class sculpts and strengthens the body like no other. Students are quickly guided through a variety of sets involving small, repetitive movements to work the entire body.

This class presents a challenge to every student while remaining accessible to all levels.

Students gain increased strength and flexibility through alignment-based yoga. A strength-building class based on movements that flow and a rhythm that grooves. Build strength, tone, and stretch on the move! No experience necessary!

Join us for a practical, feel-good pop-up class that blends body-conditioning strength work, core stability, yoga asana, and mobility to help you move better and feel stronger. We’ll finish with a few quiet minutes of rest to let everything settle.
