Motherhood asks extraordinary things of us.

It invites profound love, meaning, responsibility, uncertainty, and change—often all at once. Somewhere along the way, many of us begin to believe that if we could just do a little more — or do it better — everything would finally feel manageable.

What if there was another way?

Rather than adding another set of expectations, we'll spend the weekend creating the conditions that allow us to slow down, see more clearly, think more creatively, and respond with greater intention. Together, we'll explore how stress, overwhelm, and the often invisible pressures of modern motherhood shape our attention, our relationships, and the choices we make—and what becomes possible when we recognize those patterns with curiosity instead of judgment.

We will practice staying with uncertainty long enough for clarity to emerge, build our capacity to let the hard things be hard without believing we have to solve them immediately, and we'll discover what becomes possible when we stop asking, "How can I do more?" and begin asking, "What matters most?"

Through thoughtful conversation, movement, reflection, writing, and the support of a community of mothers, we'll cultivate greater steadiness, perspective, and self-trust. This isn't about finding the "right" way to parent or becoming a better version of yourself. It's about becoming more fully yourself so you can meet the complexity of motherhood with greater presence, flexibility, and care.

This retreat isn't about escaping your life.

It's about returning to it differently—with a steadier nervous system, a deeper trust in yourself, a community beside you, and a greater capacity to meet whatever motherhood asks of you. Every detail is designed so you can spend the weekend being cared for, too.
