What is it like to attend a LifeWorks Immersive Teacher Training?

Teacher Training at LifeWorks has provided me with foundational tools and knowledge that have opened up the vastness of yoga, movement, and spiritual experience in my life. Instead of a dogmatic, color-by-numbers approach, the framework used in LifeWorks teacher training empowers students to find learning experiences everywhere, understand and cultivate nuance, and recognize Yoga in everyday existence. It’s about developing a deep foundational knowledge that can be applied on and off the mat, without the pressure of memorizing the “right way” of doing things. Don’t get me wrong – it gets super nerdy in the best way, without being inaccessible or didactic at all. There is so much to learn, and it is so fun! The week-long immersions are experiences I will always treasure. Most of all, LifeWorks teacher training left me confident that I already have the inner resources needed to teach and continue my pursuit of knowledge, as well as providing me with tools to connect with and use those resources.
— H. Evans
The LifeWorks Teacher’s Training gave me a foundational understanding of how to work with students while considering their whole being. I can look at each person and assist in taking them from where they are in the moment in the direction they want to go – one step at a time. That is priceless as a teacher and as a student in life.
