A great way to connect with other mamas and get support for wherever you are in your pregnancy journey. Come as you are--we make space for the full spectrum of the pregnancy experience including what might be going well and also the challenges along the way.

If you've recently had a baby, chances are your body and your mind are going through some major transitions. Join us for postnatal yoga, where we will address the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of pregnancy. Yoga poses will focus on toning your body, relieving stress, and finding a welcoming community for you and your baby to move.
