Expecting a baby? Our childbirth education classes prepare couples to expect the unexpected. Within four, two-hour sessions, we cover the physiological aspects of birth and labor, postpartum care, relationship and communication building between the couple, community building between young families, and provide referrals for other services in the area. Sessions occur seasonally.

Growing Families Day
This is a great opportunity for pregnant and growing families to meet each other as well as professionals who support them (massage therapists, body workers, childcare providers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, and so much more!). Please join us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, postpartum, or if you work with perinatal women and growing families. Snacks and drinks are providedPlease RSVP so we know you're coming!
