Burlesque comes to the Berkshires! Join NYC burlesque performer, producer and teacher Rev. Legs Malone for this playful, sexy and fun workshop series at Lifeworks! Over the course of the series, we will learn the core basics of burlesque dancing including bumps and grinds, stage walks, glove and stocking peel, boa play, chair dancing and yes, tassel twirling!
Reverend Legs Malone is known as the Girl with the Thirty-Four and a Half Inch Inseam. Now based in the Berkshires, Rev. Led by Lanna, this outdoor class will happen at a fellow LifeWorks Mama's House in Great Barrington who has a great safe road for strolling and great yard to come back to and get some social strength building time!
This class is great for all levels and all parents or caretakers! It's a great opportunity to spend time with your littles, your fellow strolling friends and get a great workout in outside in the fresh air!

Lyme and Tickborn disease cases are increasing every year. Thankfully, there is much discussion on ways to prevent and take precaution beforehand, but what about after?
Mikayla Morley, trained yoga, yoga therapy and wellness instructor now nearly a year into managing the devastating affects of her own chronic Lyme Disease case, has created a series class to benefit the public and all of those searching for ways to adjust, ease pain and create a more comfortable life post diagnosis and the attack on your system.
In this 4 Week Series you will learn how relaxation, breathing, and movement can help your immune response. Nourish stiff and sore muscles. Discuss lifestyle adjustments for managing lyme and developing a support network. Leave with a take-home practice to use in your daily life.
This series is open to anyone with chronic and acute lyme. Everyone is advised to be under supervision of a healthcare provider prior to taking this course.

Expecting a baby? Our childbirth education classes prepare couples to expect the unexpected. Within four, two-hour sessions, we cover the physiological aspects of birth and labor, postpartum care, relationship and communication building between the couple, community building between young families, and provide referrals for other services in the area. Sessions occur seasonally.
